Legal Technology Solutions Manager

to join its innovation and legal technology function. This is a permanent position offering the chance to play a key role in advancing how the firm delivers legal services through technology.

Role Overview





As part of the firms Legal Technology team, youll drive the adoption and effective use of cutting-edge legal tech tools, supporting lawyers and business teams in working more efficiently and delivering greater value to clients.



Youll work closely with other product managers, solution engineers, and technologists within the innovation function, as well as with legal operations, procurement, IT, and practice groups across the business.

Key Responsibilities




Product Management & Strategy




Act as a subject matter expert across the firms legal technology tools, confidently demonstrating their use and value. Define the vision, objectives, and roadmap for assigned tools, ensuring they meet user needs and deliver measurable value. Manage relationships with external suppliers, including onboarding, renewals, and ongoing account management. Ensure alignment with internal information security and compliance policies. Develop and maintain documentation, guides, and internal processes to support tool use and governance. Collaborate with the wider delivery and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and support across matters.

Adoption & Engagement




Analyse adoption metrics and user feedback to measure the impact and identify opportunities for improvement. Create and share case studies to showcase value and drive engagement across the firm. Design and deliver engaging training sessions and materials for lawyers and business services teams. Build strong relationships within assigned practice groups, tailoring adoption strategies to specific legal workflows and client needs. Partner with practice groups to align technology use with their innovation strategies.

Collaboration & Client Support




Work with business development teams to demonstrate the firms legal tech offering in client proposals and presentations. Participate in client meetings, webinars, and training sessions to highlight how legal technology supports matter delivery. Support responses to client requests for proposals (RFPs) by contributing insights on legal tech tools and innovation initiatives.

Continuous Improvement & Market Awareness




Monitor emerging technologies and market trends, assessing potential tools for internal testing or piloting. Contribute to an agile product management approach, maintaining and prioritising tool backlogs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process and service improvement.

Skills & Experience





Were looking for someone with strong experience in legal technology, innovation, or product management within a professional services or law firm environment.


Youll bring:




Proven experience managing or implementing legal tech solutions. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and facilitating meetings or workshops. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for technology and innovation. Experience working in an agile environment (advantageous). Previous experience as a practising lawyer familiar with legal tech tools (desirable). Knowledge of project management and scoping best practices.
