Provide assistance to the Property Manager and other Property staff members including dealing with enquiries, scheduling viewings/appointments, managing correspondence and property software systems.
Answering and dealing with Property phone calls, emails and enquiries, as well as arranging viewings & gathering feedback.
Assisting with managing property listings, liaising with clients and preparing property particulars.
Assisting with general office reception duties, which includes answering phone calls, transferring calls to relevant person, taking messages, booking appointments and greeting clients attending the office.
Providing support with general legal office admin, including typing, copying, scanning, filing, indexing, mail/dispatch, banking and other duties involved in the day to day admin of the Office.
Applicants should have strong communication, organisational and customer service skills. Computer literacy is required and experience in a legal office or property department would be preferred .
