. This role gives children the opportunity to develop problem-solving skills, teamwork, and creativity through building and designing with Lego in a fun and supportive environment.
The club runs for
one hour per week, Wednesday, 3:30pm - 4:30pm
, giving children a weekly chance to explore their imagination, develop fine motor skills, and work collaboratively on building projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise children during Lego sessions in a safe and engaging environment.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate building activities that foster creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Encourage children's imagination, confidence, and enjoyment in designing and constructing projects.
Communicate effectively with parents and school staff about children's progress.
Ensure the Lego area and materials are safe, organised, and ready for use.
Experience & Skills
Experience leading creative activities or clubs for children.
Ability to engage and motivate children in a structured, fun, and safe way.
Strong communication skills in English for interacting with children, parents, and school staff.
A background in teaching, childcare, or creative play facilitation is highly desirable.
