Key Responsibilities of the Leisure Club Assistant:

Supports the smooth running of the leisure department, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest levels Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, providing assistance to our guests and members regarding any queries or issues that may arise in the leisure club Ensuring the pool, gym and changing room facilities are cleaned and tidied ensuring the established standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with the daily schedule or as directed. Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values. Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

Requirements of the Leisure Club Assistant:

Experience in leisure industry beneficial Hands-on approach with a can-do work style Flexible with shifts - Hours will vary and will include week day, early morning, evening and weekend shifts Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms Strong communication skills
Shifts: 6am-2:15pm and 2pm-10pm

Successful candidate will be required to complete Pool Plant Level 3 and Pool Responder courses

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 10.56-12.77 per hour
