Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all members and guests.
Manage sign-ins, locker keys, towels, and directions within the club.
Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and smooth daily operations.
Provide fitness advice, inductions, and training programs.
Promote and process memberships, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Ensure cash security, guest privacy, and adherence to health, safety, and emergency procedures.
Conduct pool and gym equipment checks, reporting any issues promptly.
Support hotel initiatives, participate in training, and maintain professional standards.
Requirements:
