Park Sports are a growing public sports centre operator and all of our venues are in fantastic locations across London offering great opportunities for culture, leisure and a variety of sports. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for players of all ages and skill levels.

We are looking to recruit an Leisure Assistant to work between our Lammas Park Centre and our site in Chiswick. The candidtae will be joining a well-established team which has a great working culture and value their people. Lammas Park consists of 9 outdoor tennis courts, 2 five a side football pitches, and a new 8 a side football pitch, plus a small cafe. At Chiswick offer Pickleball courts alongside another 6 tennis courts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Support and contribute to the delivery of Park Sports vision, mission and values. Following Health & Safety procedures and requirements, fixing or escalating issues as appropriate. Manage court, pitch and course bookings, including handling enquiries and cancellations Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in person, via phone and via e-mails. Write and respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner, addressing enquiries and other administrative tasks. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility, including common areas, changing rooms and on court. Promoting the sports programme for adults and children, Selling of sports goods and serving basic refreshments

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently. Proficient in using email and spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google sheets, Outlook). Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
