Leisure Attendant
to join our vibrant team.
About the Role
As a Leisure Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests and leisure club members. From ensuring a clean and safe environment to supporting fitness services, you'll be the friendly and professional face of our leisure facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise guests using the leisure facilities, ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times
Carry out regular cleaning, maintenance checks, and equipment setup
Provide friendly, informed support to guests and promote a welcoming atmosphere
Assist with fitness-related queries and encourage healthy lifestyle choices
Work collaboratively with the leisure and spa teams to deliver a high-quality guest experience
Previous experience in a gym, leisure, or hospitality environment (desirable)
A proactive, customer-focused, and approachable attitude
Sound knowledge of health and safety standards, including poolside supervision
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
