Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Leisure Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and guest services, ensuring that all visitors have a pleasant and enjoyable experience. As a Leisure Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment and assisting guests with their needs while managing various leisure facilities.

Duties

Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Manage the day-to-day operations of leisure facilities, ensuring cleanliness and organisation. Assist guests with inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local attractions. Monitor the use of facilities to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Facilitate activities and events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing guest needs. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. A genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent service in a leisure environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
