Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Greet and welcome guests, answer enquiries, and provide information about facilities and services
- Assist guests with equipment setup and usage (Once qualified)
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of leisure facilities
-Ensure that checks are completed including gym kit checks, pool checks, temperature checks
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
This position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
We offer modern apprenticeships Level 2 Gym Inductions and Programming & Level 3 Personal Training and we would also be looking at you doing a Pool Plant Operator course along with Pool Responder and First Aid qualifications.
