When you join Your Trust as a Leisure Attendant you will be part of a charity based in Rochdale that aims to support every member of our diverse community to live their best life; inspiring them to be healthier, happier and creative people.

Salary: Band 2, 24,310 per annum (pro-rate for part time hours) / 12.60 per hour


Hours: Various part time hours available

What will my role be as a Leisure Attendant?

The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes lifeguarding and poolside supervision, preparation, moving and dismantling of equipment, housekeeping and supporting with functions and events. You will also attend ongoing training to maintain NPLQ qualification and to achieve

What do I need to have?

Hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) Experience of dealing with customers and groups, clubs and organisations Ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders, partners and members of the public Friendly, outgoing person who likes to work with different clients Ability to carry out different tasks cheerfully and with a positive attitude Ability to work within a team with common objectives Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills Excellent time management skills
