Job Overview

Act as first point of contact with customers, providing excellent customer service, selling, and retaining customers within the business for a lifetime. Provide an excellent physical and emotional journey to our customers ensuring an outstanding experience. Assist the facility in relation to Co-ordinating the Development / Fitness programming and maintaining the expected high-quality standards. Responding to phone enquires and assisting customers journey through the the Tennis Centre

Duties

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage the daily operations of Tennis Leisure facilities. Monitor the cleanliness and safety of all areas, promptly addressing any issues that arise. Providing refreshments for customers. Provide information about facilities, services to enhance guests' experiences. Assist in organising leisure activities and events for guests of all ages. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with other team members to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends. A passion for providing excellent customer service in a Tennis environment.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
