What you\'ll be doing:

• To welcome all guests & members entering and leaving the leisure club.
• To understand the Hotel leisure facilities
• To promote and up-sell all the leisure facilities
• To ensure prompt answering of the telephone
• To relay information as and when necessary to other departments
• Deal with guest and member enquiries and be as helpful as possible
• To be friendly and courteous to staff, management and guests at all times
• To be responsible for opening and closing the club
• To be responsible for the Leisure Health and safety procedures
• To keep all areas of the Leisure Club clean and tidy at all times

Previous experience

Desirable qualifications will include:

• Pool attendant/lifeguard trained
• Pool plant trained to complete Pool testing
• First Aid trained

All training will be provided for the suitable candidate if not already held.
