A day in the life of...





As hotel leisure attendant you'll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the hotel's leisure facilities. You'll be knowledgeable about the different services and amenities offered and be able to provide assistance and guidance to guests as needed. Each day you can be tasked with setting up equipment, monitoring guest usage, and performing basic maintenance tasks. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you'll provide a welcoming and friendly environment for guests.



This role is unlike any other in our hotel and you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a first class enjoyable and comfortable stay.


What do we need from you?




Customer Service Skills: You need to have excellent customer service to interact with guests frequently and provide assistance, guidance, and ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Attention to Detail: You'll need to be detail-oriented and capable of ensuring that the leisure club facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times. Whilst able to identify and address any issues that arise promptly. Communication Skills: You'll need excellent communication skills, to interact with guests, colleagues, and management on a regular basis and clearly to ensure that guests' needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently. You'll be able to work well in a team and collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification is desirable but not a requirement.
