Job Description

You demonstrate through your behaviour and attitude that as part of the team you have ownership of and understand the company vision, missions and values. Complete the tasks to ensure the standards of the facility meet company expectations Where applicable, to take responsibility for the leadership, management and development of a specific service area, e.g. swimming, health and safety, cleaning, carbon reduction etc Ensure opening up and closing down procedures are completed to company standards Implementation and development of the Everyone Active Swim Lesson brand as outlined in the Everyone Active Swim Lesson Manual To maximise commercial return of the Everyone Active Swim Lesson Scheme Establish efficient administration procedures to meet the Everyone Active Swim Lesson Business Objectives The efficient programming of water space Teach swimming lessons where needed Increase participation through Sales and Retention To develop and maintain a quality swimming development scheme Support the NPLQ training on site and complete regular training sessions covering the company standards Improve the standards of the facility Comply with all financial processes throughout the shift Support with technical and security cover outside normal working hours and be a designated key holder Support the centre's work towards Quest, IiP, ISO 14001, 18001/45001 and other awardso

Promote the concept of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. Delivering inclusive activities to a high standard supporting the community Ensure Swimming Teachers have a lesson plan that supports the lesson Ensure Swimming Teachers ensure sessions start with a warm up / introductory activity Ensure Swimming Teachers sessions include a main theme including stroke and skill activities. Ensure Swimming Teachers sessions conclude with a contrasting activity Ensure Swimming Teachers deliver the content and structure is relevant to the students Ensure Swimming Teachers use appropriate and progressive practices Ensure the delivery of inclusive lessons to a high standard supporting the community o
