About The Role
Main responsibilities:
The successful Leisure Manager will
To take responsibility for training, safety, and running of pool.
Observe swimmers and spectators continuously.
Manage and oversee the Leisure team.
Frequent checks of all areas, and action as necessary to maintain hygiene, cleanliness and safety at all times.
Check plant and carry our pool water tests regularly.
Check and record all guest passes.
Advise guests on current activity programmes.
Record any accidents and administer first aid, as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. A current NPLQ is essential for this position. Pool Plant and First Aid At Work qualifications would be an advantage. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the resort.
