Duties and responsibilities related to the Leisure Sales Manager role



Drive leisure sales strategies to grow revenue across transient and group segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with leisure travel partners and key accounts. Identify new opportunities by tracking leisure trends, competitor activity and travel patterns. Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows and sales missions. Partner with marketing to design leisure packages and seasonal promotions. Collaborate with reservations, revenue and operations to deliver seamless guest experiences. Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.

About you




You are a results-driven sales professional with strong knowledge of the leisure travel sector. Skilled at building partnerships and spotting opportunities, you combine commercial acumen with creativity to design offers that appeal to leisure travellers. Previous experience in luxury hotel leisure sales is essential.
