Location: Leicester with hybrid working Salary: 30,000pa
We are looking for someone to work within our Lending Operations team to deliver a consistently high quality of service to our customers and stakeholders, with specific responsibility for the servicing of our existing Real Estate Finance clients.
You would assist with loan reviews and maintenance following the Banks policies, lending protocols and procedures and undertake appropriate due diligence on both new to bank and existing clients.
You would also manage day to day queries from clients in order to assist in the general management of the loan portfolio.

About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
Experience working in a similar role within the banking industry, conveyancing or other Real Estate related role
Solid understanding of Real Estate finance plus a good level of general financial and commercial awareness
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Target-orientated mind set Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and IT skills
A good understanding of Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly relevant to Real Estate lending is desirable.
