Position Description
Program management means unlocking the power of Lenovo's end to end portfolio by bringing together the sales expertise of all three Lenovo Business Groups. It uniquely positions Lenovo to address new business opportunities created by the combination of business portfolios into customer and channel solutions. In addition to bringing global scale and reach, it positions Lenovo as a true technology partner for our channel partners and customers.
To achieve this ambition of a One Lenovo organization, we need a senior program leader to drive the initiative and the evolution of the organization. This position will be responsible for the delivery of the One Lenovo initiative across the geos, reporting directly to the VP, Sales Transformation & Enablement, ISO. This individual will work with the extended organisation across all geos and functions to build the deployment program and resolve roadblocks to success. The leader will ensure that each geo is ready to implement the changes and is executing towards an overall blueprint. The position calls for an experienced professional who can challenge the status quo, lead change, drive commitments to keep timelines and is able to communicate to all levels in the business.
What You'll Do:
Drive the Lenovo transformation program in conjunction with the geos
Effectively conduct key stakeholders' engagements to align on strategic direction and ensure common direction
Efficiently lead the development and delivery of an optimized organization that meets the One Lenovo vision
Design & implement the processes & ecosystem required to support both Lenovo sales teams and the external channel organization
Establish a cross-geo, cross-function project to support the execution of the org change
Frequently explain critical concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner to different levels of the organization
Influence and advise senior leadership on critical and strategic decisions or business issues.
Understand & communicate the change management requirements, and put programs in place to support the change
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of experience in program or project management in large, multi-national, preferably tech organizations
Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement and govern processes, procedures, and policies.
Ability to prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team
Strong judgement, ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity as well as a demonstrated ability to influence without explicit authority are key to success.
Excellent cross group collaboration skills.
Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
Strong sense of urgency balanced with collaborative style
Conflict resolution capability & the ability to respond in a politically astute manner
