Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lesson Supervisor to join our team (Term Time Plus 5 Staff Development Days (39 weeks) 8.20 am - 3.15 pm daily).

About the Role:

In this role, you will provide valuable classroom supervision in the absence of the subject teacher or mentor. While this is not a teaching position, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support students in the classroom
Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment
Follow lesson plans and provide basic instruction as needed
Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
Adapt to a varied and changing routine

You are a great fit if you have:

Experience working with children in a classroom setting (e.g. Teaching Assistant)
Strong classroom management skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible and positive attitude
