Lettings / Property Agent
to join our growing team.
The Role:
As an Agent, you'll be the key point of contact for both landlords and tenants, managing the end-to-end letting process. You'll work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, building relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Registering new applicants and managing property enquiries
Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to landlords
Advising landlords on rental values and marketing strategies
Negotiating lets and progressing tenancies from offer to move-in
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and tenants
Managing tenancy renewals and rent reviews
Liaising with property management and accounts teams as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or a similar customer-facing role (preferred) but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
A proactive and driven attitude with a focus on delivering results
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance (training provided if needed)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred)
