Handling lettings and sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Coordinating maintenance repairs for rental properties and liaising with contractors
Booking property valuations and lettings appraisals
Managing general office duties, including filing, data entry, and administrative support
Responding professionally to phone enquiries and providing high-quality customer service
Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in estate agency or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Confident using computer systems and office software
A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
