Responsibilities
Assist landlords and tenants with all aspects of the lettings process
Conduct property viewings and provide clear, friendly guidance to prospective tenants
Maintain accurate records, manage bookings, and handle day-to-day office administration
Organise contractors and ensure any maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently
Communicate professionally with clients, providing regular updates and support
Advertise properties and help create effective marketing material to attract tenants
Stay informed on local rental market trends, legislation, and industry standards
Skills
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written
A friendly, confident, and sociable approach when dealing with clients
Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload effectively
