Duties
Assist clients in renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing features and benefits to potential tenants.
Prepare and present offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms of rental agreements.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including pricing trends and neighbourhood developments.
Develop marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels, including social media and traditional advertising.
Provide administrative support by managing client files, preparing documents, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Build a network of contacts within the industry to facilitate referrals and expand client base.
