Salary & Progression

This role is funded through Jobs Growth Wales, and pay will follow the required National Minimum Wage based on age.

After successfully completing the 6-month probation period, the candidate will receive a pay increase in line with market rates for lettings staff, reflecting performance and growing responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will support the day-to-day operations of our expanding lettings department. Duties include:

Property-Based Tasks

Accompanying prospective tenants to property viewings Taking high-quality photos, videos, and measurements of new listings Supporting property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs Assisting with preparing properties for marketing
Customer & Office Support

Communicating with tenants and landlords via phone, email, and WhatsApp Booking viewings and managing diary appointments Updating internal CRM systems and maintaining accurate records Advertising new rental properties on online platforms Delivering excellent customer service as a key representative of the business
General Duties

Assisting the lettings team with daily administrative tasks Travelling to local properties (own vehicle essential) Learning the full lettings process with structured training provided

Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with people Highly organised with strong attention to detail Motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about property Able to work independently and manage their own travel Professional, reliable, and proactive

No previous lettings experience is necessary full training will be provided.
