About the Role





We're looking for a driven and proactive

Lettings Negotiator

to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in building relationships with landlords and tenants, letting properties efficiently, and ensuring a smooth rental process from start to finish. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and brings energy and professionalism to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities




Market and let rental properties, conducting viewings and negotiating tenancies. Qualify tenants, manage applications, and ensure compliance throughout the process. Build strong relationships with landlords, offering advice and regular updates. Work collaboratively with the property management team to ensure a seamless handover. Maintain accurate records of lettings activity and manage your pipeline effectively. Represent Quicklet professionally at all times, acting with integrity and urgency. Identify and act on opportunities to grow the managed portfolio.



What You'll Bring




Minimum 1 year of experience in lettings, property, or a related sales role. Strong knowledge of the Northern Ireland rental market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. A proactive, self-starting mindset with the drive to exceed targets. High level of organisation and attention to detail. Full UK driving licence
