Key Responsibilities
Assist in liaising with clients to understand their rental needs and preferences.
Support the scheduling and conducting of property viewings, helping highlight key features to prospective tenants.
Assist in negotiating offers between tenants and landlords under supervision.
Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends.
Help arrange and manage viewings efficiently and professionally.
Provide administrative support such as preparing documents, updating client records, and managing paperwork.
Support relationship-building with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Collaborate with team members to contribute to overall business performance and goals.
Requirements
No experience required -- previous sales or lettings experience is beneficial but not essential.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Multilingual abilities are an advantage, but not required.
Good attention to detail and confidence with administrative tasks.
A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in the property market.
Ideal start date within 1-2 weeks (flexible).
