We're now looking for a

Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 1 years' proven track record in a London lettings agency

to join our fast-paced, high-performing team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly alongside our Lettings Team, handling high-quality East London instructions and playing a key role in helping grow the Storeys brand and business. You'll be actively involved in winning new instructions, nurturing tenant relationships, and delivering a five-star experience to landlords and applicants alike.

Key responsibilities include:

Registering and qualifying new tenants Booking and conducting viewings Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies through to completion Managing applicant feedback and keeping landlords informed Overseeing and managing your own referencing reports Building and maintaining long-term client relationships Working with the lettings team to maximise deal conversions Assisting with new business generation and instruction wins

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 years' proven experience

in a London lettings agency A confident, professional communicator with excellent customer service skills Solid understanding of the full lettings process, including referencing Ability to manage your own tenancy files and reports with accuracy Consistently target-driven with a strong record of meeting or exceeding KPIs Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive Strong knowledge of the East London market and a passion for property Creative thinker and natural problem-solver Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
