Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement completion
Carrying out
property viewings
and meeting potential tenants
Completing
inventories
and
check-outs
Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and external agencies to facilitate smooth communication
Manage property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date across various platforms
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing databases
Organising / Completing
cleaning
and property turnarounds
General office duties
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A friendly, confident, and sociable approach when dealing with clients
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Professional demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of lettings legislation and rental market trends is beneficial but not essential
