Lettings Administrator Assistant
to join our busy Sidmouth office.
About the Role
As a Lettings Administrator Assistant, you'll play an important part in supporting our lettings team with the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with tenancy administration, renewals, and referencing
Coordinating property maintenance and safety checks
Managing phone and email enquiries in a professional, timely manner
Preparing tenancy agreements and move-in packs
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Supporting the wider team with general office and administrative duties
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and detail-oriented
A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software (training provided)
Able to manage multiple tasks and work calmly under pressure
Professional, personable, and eager to learn
Previous experience in lettings, administration, or customer service is preferred but not essential -- full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Full-time, Monday-Saturday (Wednesday& Saturdays 9 AM - 1 PM)
Qualifications
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective client interaction.
Multilingual abilities are considered a distinct advantage in serving diverse clients.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
A professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and customer service excellence. This position offers a dynamic environment where organisational talents and communication skills are valued highly.
