Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join us on a part-time, permanent basis, helping provide vital support in the letting and management of our property services, achieving re-let times that are amongst the best in the housing sector.



Please note:

This role is for 17.5 hours per week, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.



We own 34,000 quality homes for social and affordable rent across the Midlands, and one of our keys to success is ensuring that these homes are lived in and loved for the maximum time possible. Your role as a Lettings Administrator will be to support the team by:



Responding to tenant queries via email, ensuring an excellent standard of customer service.



Creating pre-tenancy paperwork and processing tenancies, ensuring actions are logged on Northgate.



Taking calls or emails and logging Rightmove leads.



Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and liaising with tenants to resolve queries over the phone and email.

Our Ideal Candidate? We're looking for an individual with a positive and proactive approach, who isn't afraid of taking ownership and delivering tasks to the highest standards. You'll demonstrate the following skills and experience:



You'll have experience of interacting with a variety of customers over the phone and via email, focused on delivering a brilliant customer service at all times.



Administration based experience, with the ability to use a range of Microsoft packages and learn in-house systems.



Experience of working in a housing related setting.
