Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our friendly team and you would be responsible for Property Management related administration.

The successful applicant would be part of a small fully supportive team providing a personal service to landlords and tenants.

Administrator Requirements:


- Excellent organisational and IT abilities.

- Ability to manage time effectively.

- Excellent communication skills with landlords and tenants.

- Ability to react quickly and calmly to a highly dynamic workload.

- vetting tenants, dealing with applications

- property presentation and marketing and viewings

The ideal candidate will have the following:



- Experience in administration

- Experience in handling phone calls & bookings

- Experience in various Microsoft programmes

- Motivation to work well under pressure & with time constraints.

- Experience in SME Professional software would be beneficial, but not essential.

- Ability to work independently and work well as part of a team.

- Clean UK driving licence (essential)

- Pleasant telephone manner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
