We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office functions. Duties
Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Handle correspondence via email, phone calls, and postal mail
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are arranged effectively
Support team members with daily administrative tasks to enhance productivity
Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors
Ensure the office environment remains organised and well-maintained
Arrange and carry out routine property inspections
Qualifications
Proven administrative experience or relevant office support background
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel ) and other relevant software
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
The successful candidate will work two weekdays per week 9am -5pm but also must be flexible to cover staff sickness and holidays.
Also hold a full UK driving licence
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour
