We are seeking an organised, professional and proactive
Lettings Administrator
to join our busy property team. You will be a key support to the Property Manager, handling administration, coordinating viewings, managing incoming calls, and ensuring a smooth experience for tenants and landlords alike. This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls and enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Support the Property Manager with day-to-day administration tasks.
Maintain accurate records, tenancy files, and property documentation.
Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve queries promptly.
Ensure office procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements
Previous experience in lettings, property, or administration (preferred but not essential).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
A
valid UK driving licence and own vehicle
(essential).
