We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator & Receptionist to support the smooth operation of our property management activities. You will play a vital role in tenant relations, administrative coordination, and maintenance scheduling, ensuring our properties are managed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain accurate property records.
Act as the first point of contact for tenants, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors for timely resolution.
Prepare and distribute tenancy documents, including agreements and legal notices.
Operate and maintain property management CRM systems.
Support the leasing process: schedule viewings, assist with applications, and follow up with applicants.
Requirements
Previous administrative experience, ideally within property management or a related field but not necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn property management software quickly.
Financial acumen and basic analytical skills.
A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
