Lettings Administrator
Location: Manchester
Job Type: Part-time with growth potential
About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Lettings Administrator to join our growing team. This is more than just an admin role -- it's an opportunity to make a real impact, share ideas, and grow alongside a small but ambitious organisation.
You'll play a key part in the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, working closely with the team and contributing to how we do things. We value initiative, fresh thinking, and people who enjoy being involved. If you're looking for a role where your input matters and no two days are the same, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as a welcoming and professional point of contact for tenants and landlords, building positive relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the lettings process
Keeping records, files, and documentation accurate and up to date
Coordinating appointments, viewings, meetings, and schedules
Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a friendly and professional way
Helping prepare reports, presentations, and business materials
Supporting new team members as they join and settle into the business
Working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep communication flowing
Organising office supplies and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
Helping improve and streamline administrative processes
Updating property listings and marketing platforms
What We're Looking For
Previous administrative experience (essential), ideally within lettings or property
Experience in lettings administration is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with people
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Multilingual skills are a bonus, but not essential
Why Join Us?
A friendly, supportive, and positive working environment
Real opportunity to have your say and influence how things are done
A role that can develop and grow as the business grows
Exposure to different areas of the lettings and property industry
A team that values effort, ideas, and personality -- not just job titles
This role is perfect for someone who wants more than "just a job" -- someone who's keen to learn, contribute, and build a future within a growing business.
