Join our dynamic Lettings team in Manchester as a Lettings Accounts Assistant

At our core, Lettings Accounts Assistants play a pivotal role in ensuring impeccable customer service for both our Landlords and Tenants, right from the initial interaction to the final handover. Key Responsibilities



Compliance: Ensuring property compliance before marketing, updating property details, staying abreast of industry legislation, liaising with deal progression and property management teams, and preparing for audits. Accounts: Transferring rents to landlords, preparing statements, paying suppliers and reconciling payments. Lettings; Preparing holding deposit requests, managing deal pipelines, booking in check ins and check outs, sending out renewal reminders and paperwork to landlords and tenants.

Key Skills



While comprehensive training will be provided, we ideally seek candidates with:

At least 1 year of administrative experience in estate agency Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office Strong multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High customer focus and attention to detail Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and within a team Confident telephone manner and client interaction skills Eagerness to excel in the role Previous experience in lettings, agency, or sales admin preferred.

Hours



9am to 6pm Monday to Friday 25 days per year holiday Lunch Allowance AXA Healthcare
