Lettings Administrator - Merthyr Tydfil - Full Time
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an organised Lettings Administrator to join a thriving independent Lettings and property management agency based in the centre of Merthyr Tydfil. This well-established business has a fast-growing property portfolio under management and is therefore seeking further administrative support from a trustworthy and diligent professional. Based in a small and friendly team, working from a modern newly refurbished office.
The successful Lettings Administrator should have previous administration experience, preferably in a Lettings or estate agency. And, be competent in working with customers both in person and online.
The role will involve, taking enquiries and questions, in person, by email, on the telephone, onboarding new landlords, and contract holders, preparing contracts, applicatant referencing, performing credit checks, and processing move-ins along with and other general administrative duties within the lettings office.
They must also be presentable, extremely organised and able to work independently as well as part of a team. A limited understanding of lettings legislation would be desirable but not essential, and have the ability to deal with large workloads.
Lettings Administrator - Experience Required.
Previous experience of dealing with administration
You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills, to be able to represent the business in a friendly but professional way.
You will have excellent IT skills and be technology savvy, dealing with multiple online software platforms.
A driving licence would be preferable so you can make property visits if necessary.
Solid organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
