Job Summary

Aberdeen Property Leasing (APL) is an established and successful residential property letting and management agency with an excellent reputation and high standards. We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Lettings Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Property Market and will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties: -

Answer telephone calls and deal with queries appropriately Schedule property viewings with prospective tenants by telephone and e-mail and updating diaries, trackers and landlords Ensure properties are 'fit for viewings' Carry out property viewings in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire Follow up and negotiate with Landlords and Tenants Process application offers through our online Property Management system Work closely with our other departments to ensure properties are ready for to be marketed and let Carry out pre-tenancy checks on properties 3 days before start of tenancy. Carry out Pre Market reports on properties to ensure they are in suitable condition before readvertising. This involves advising the landlord of any works required before property can go back on the market Keep up to date and accurate records Ensure all marketing material is displayed effectively throughout property and grounds
Work closely with our Lettings Team to ensure APL offer outstanding customer service to our Clients and Tenants

Requirements

Previous experience in the Lettings or Property Market
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 22,500.00 per year
