Lettings Consultant
Job Description
Due to recent expansion, we are looking to recruit a lettings consultant to join our Gosport letting team. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to kick start their career within the property industry in a fast pace growing business or for someone already within the industry wanting to progress further. The role will be both office based and customer facing, dealing with day to day queries from tenants and landlords, dealing with rent arrears and the running of the office as well as conducting viewings and inspections. Full training will be provided.
Candidates must have the below skills,
Confident telephone manner
Be computer literate
Full UK Driving License & Car
Proactive can-do attitude
Desire to build a long term career
Experience preferred but not essential
Immediate start available!
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
