As a Lettings Consultant at Romans & Partners, you will play a crucial role in driving our lettings activity and ensuring the satisfaction of both landlords and tenants. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of letting properties, from initial inquiry to key handover, while upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:



Conduct viewings and market properties effectively to potential tenants. Negotiate tenancy terms and finalise agreements between tenants and landlords. Maintain an active and accurate register of available properties. Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries from prospective and current tenants. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Stay informed of market conditions and legislative changes that impact the lettings industry. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through various channels.

Requirements:



Proven experience in lettings or a similar role within the real estate industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Knowledge of the local property market and relevant laws. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve excellent results. A professional demeanor and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
