We are looking for an outgoing and hardworking individual to join our expanding lettings team!
The Role:
Dealing with the lettings process from registering applicants, through to securing offers and progressing lettings deals. Our agency is very comprehensive in our offering, and therefore our consultants are expected to do more than the usual! Our focus is always on the customer and ensuring that landlords and tenants receive a first-class service. Effectively you will be:
- Managing a portfolio of properties whilst maintaining relationships with both the tenant, landlord and contractors
- Ensure a high level of customer service is always maintained
- Ensure properties are maintained to the highest level
Daily duties consist of:
- Progressing tenancies from start to finish.
- Taking inbound calls for reactive maintenance issues.
- Conducting out of office appointments such as Checkouts, Inspections and Inventories.
- Instructing works orders.
- Chasing contractor invoices.
- Updating landlords daily the progress of maintenance works.
- Deposit negotiations with tenants and landlords.
- Communicating to landlord and tenants when dealing with maintenance and checkout conclusions.
- Conducting property viewings, inventories, mid-term visits & check outs

It is not essential to have experience as a negotiator; we have many successful members of the team who have no prior property experience but have a great work ethic and are hungry for a new opportunity.
Full training will be provided on the job
Full driving license essential
Salary: up to 29k OTE
