We're now looking for a motivated, detail-driven Property Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start or advance their career in property, learn every aspect of the lettings process, and grow into a future Property Manager or Lettings Negotiator.
The Role
This is a hands-on training position supporting the day-to-day running of the lettings and property management departments. Each day is different and brings exciting tasks.
You'll be a key part of the Lettings department, learning all sides of the business -- from coordinating maintenance and compliance to assisting with viewings, tenancy paperwork, and landlord/tenant communication.
Key Responsibilities
Lettings & Tenancy Support
Assist with preparing tenancy agreements, renewals, and statutory notices in line with the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016
Manage tenancy files and digital records
Help coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and key collections
Viewings & Client Support
Support team members with property viewings
Learn how to qualify applicants, present properties, and handle enquiries
Support marketing activity -- taking photos, uploading listings, managing enquiries
Handle follow-ups with potential tenants, gathering feedback and updating systems
Provide a friendly, professional first impression for all clients, tenants, and landlords
Property & Maintenance Coordination
Help ensure all properties remain compliant with safety checks (gas, electrical, smoke alarms, etc.)
Keep accurate records of property maintenance history, certificates, and invoices
Team & Development
Support senior colleagues by taking on administrative and coordination tasks
Attend regular training and development sessions -- both internal and external
Work towards recognised industry qualifications (Rent Smart Wales/ARLA/Propertymark, etc.)
Contribute ideas and feedback as you learn the business
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational and communication skills
Professional, positive, and proactive approach
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM systems)
Confident dealing with people both in person and over the phone
Interest in property and long-term career development
Full UK Driving Licence (essential for viewings and site visits)
Experience:
Previous experience in property, lettings, or customer service is helpful -- but not essential.
What matters more is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
