We are seeking an organised, proactive and commercially driven Lettings Coordinator to join our London team. This is a hybrid role combining coordination of external lettings agents with the opportunity to earn additional commission by handling local lettings directly from our London office.
Key Responsibilities
Lettings Coordination
- Act as the main liaison between our company and external lettings agents across multiple locations
- Ensure all vacant units are listed, marketed and let within agreed timescales
- Track the performance of external agents and hold them accountable for KPIs
- Oversee viewings, feedback, and offers to ensure smooth progression
- Monitor and update internal systems with live availability, marketing status, and letting performance
- Assist with tenant onboarding and ensure compliance documentation is completed correctly
Property Presentation & Marketing
- Ensure all properties are presented in the best possible format
- Coordinate photography, virtual tours, staging, and marketing updates
- Review and approve property listings, descriptions, and photos before they go live
- Monitor market comparables and advise on pricing strategies
Local Lettings (Commission-Earning)
- Handle local London-based lettings directly including:
- Taking enquiries
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Progressing tenancies to completion
- Earn additional commission on successful lets handled personally
Reporting & Tracking
- Provide weekly reports on lettings progress, void levels, marketing performance, and external agent activity
- Ensure accurate data is maintained across CRM and internal systems
Team Growth & Leadership (Progression Path)
- Support the development of an in-house lettings function
- Identify local market opportunities as our portfolio grows
- Assist in recruiting, training and leading a future team of local lettings agents
- Help shape our internal lettings processes and standards as the department expands
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in lettings coordination, or lettings
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and agents at once
- Confident communicator able to hold external agents and partners accountable
- Knowledge of London lettings markets preferred
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and digital tools
- Driven, proactive and motivated by targets and commission
