What you will do:

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Lettings Lead to join our remote support team. This is a key position in our growing business, providing day-to-day administrative support for our network of self-employed estate agents across the UK.
Reporting to eXp UK's Head of Operations, you'll ensure our lettings operations run smoothly, remain compliant, and continue to offer excellent service. You'll be the go-to person for agents with lettings queries and play a central role in helping us raise standards, improve systems, and support new initiatives.Handle day-to-day lettings queries from eXp agents across the UK Monitor and manage lettings compliance using our CRM system; address and escalate issues where necessary Oversee tenancy payment processes: track payments, raise eXp fees, manage agent disbursements, and register deposits Provide agents with deposit compliance documentation and guidance Liaise with key supplier partners (e.g. Goodlord) and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery Draft and circulate lettings updates, news, and internal training materials Support the onboarding team with lettings-related setup for new agents when required

How you will grab our attention:

Strong administrative experience (essential) Previous experience in residential lettings Sound knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance Comfortable with CRMs and cloud-based platforms Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
