Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm)Salary:
25,000 - 28,000 DOE, 5,000 Car Allowance, enhanced commission schemeWe are seeking a Lettings Lister to join our thriving team. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the property industry, you will have a proven track record in securing listings, building strong client relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, and knowledgeable about the local property market, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities:
Assisting the Lettings Manager in the day-to-day operations of the office. Conducting market appraisals and property valuations. Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients. Managing clients' expectations and surpassing them through exceptional service. Negotiating effectively with all parties involved to achieve optimal outcomes. Ensuring the highest level of service throughout the client experience.
