Floating Lettings Manager - West Sussex Area

Location:

Covering West Sussex

Basic Salary:

28,000 - 30,000 (with guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)

On-Target Earnings:

40,000 - 50,000

Car Allowance:

Up to 4,000 or company car

Work Pattern:

5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

Hours:

Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30, Saturday 09:00-17:00

The Role

As a

Floating Lettings Manager

, you'll play a vital role in ensuring outstanding lettings performance across our West Sussex branches. You'll lead, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve success, while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional lettings advice and maintain the highest service standards Manage and develop your own business area to achieve growth and profitability targets Motivate, coach, and inspire your team, running effective morning meetings and training sessions Successfully list and let a targeted number of properties, delivering exceptional outcomes for landlords and tenants Maintain strong market knowledge and establish a reputation as a local property expert Work collaboratively with your team to market new properties and match them with suitable tenants Drive business development through networking, referrals, and new lead generation

About You

We're looking for a dynamic, motivated, and people-focused lettings professional with the drive to succeed.

You will have:

A

proven track record

in running or managing a successful lettings business Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to convert valuations into listings Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills Drive, determination, and a passion for delivering results A positive attitude with energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach A genuine interest in people and helping them find their perfect home A strong work ethic aligned with our values of

courtesy, honesty, trust, and respect

full UK driving licence

The Package
