Harris & Company Estate Agents Limited is a small business in London; we are a well-established and growing independent estate agency offering a professional and customer-focused approach to residential lettings and property management. Due to continued success, we're looking for a driven and organised Lettings Negotiator & Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Lettings Negotiation:
Registering applicants and arranging property viewings
Conducting viewings and securing tenancy agreements
Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Meeting/exceeding lettings targets
Administrative Duties:
Preparing tenancy agreements, referencing, and compliance documents
Coordinating move-ins, renewals, and end-of-tenancy processes
Ensuring properties meet legal compliance (EPCs, gas safety certs, etc.)
Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the lettings and property management teams as required
About You
Previous experience in lettings or property admin (1 year preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance (desirable)
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Will be required to learn our CRM (Alto)
Full UK driving licence and own car
