You must have:

Have the ability to work on own initiative and within a team

Excellent telephone manner, spoken and written communication skills

Can do attitude and willingness to learn

Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook

Have a good knowledge of the Greater Manchester area.

Role Summary

Registration and management of applicants on an electronic database.

Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls.

Generate and negotiate offers to deliver a mutually satisfactory conclusion for both prospective tenant and landlord.

Complete all necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction is achieved.

Liaise with external parties to ensure necessary legal documentation is completed.

Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions, clarify any queries and mediate compromises where necessary.

Ensure that all databases are maintained and regularly updated.

Undertake lettings viewings and other appointments to support team during busy periods.

Further Details

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Location: Audenshaw, M34

Start date: Preferably within two - four weeks. By start of February 2026.
