We are seeking a proactive and personable Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant real estate environment and assist clients through the letting process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and supporting the lettings operations. A strong focus on customer service, organisational skills, and effective communication are essential to succeed in this role.
Duties
Engage with prospective tenants to understand their property requirements
Arrange viewings and accompany clients during property visits
Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Manage administrative tasks such as updating property listings, preparing documentation, and maintaining client records
Support the team with general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
Previous administrative experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional manner
Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging a diverse client base
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proven ability to negotiate confidently and professionally
A proactive attitude with a passion for property and customer service
Valid UK driving licence is essential
