Role Overview

We are looking for a lettings negotiator to join our team. As a lettings negotiator you will play a key role in connection people with their ideal homes and supporting landlords with achieving the best results for their properties.


Experience working within the property sector is preferred but not required. However, a minimum of two year's experince in a customer-facing role is essential.

Responsibilities

Conduct viewings and negotiate offers between parties Ensure all lettings comply with relevant legislation and company policies Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service Assist in marketing and promoting properties Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

------------------


Previous experience in lettings or property management preferred 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Excellent customer service and organisational abilities Driven, proactive, and a team player UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
